31-Day Declutter Program
Applies to our one-on-one decluttering programs (virtual or in-person).
No Refunds.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This policy is designed not only to protect our business but to encourage accountability and follow-through in a program that is easy to abandon prematurely.Program Duration & Cancellations.
The program runs for 31 consecutive days. Cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable. With at least 24-hour notice, we’ll attempt to reschedule a session within your program period (subject to availability).Pause / Restart Within 12 Months.
You may pause and restart your remaining sessions within 12 months of purchase, at no extra cost. After 12 months, unused sessions expire.Transfer / Gift Option.
You may transfer any remaining portion of your program to another person at no cost by notifying us in writing.Why a No-Refund Policy Exists.
The policy is part of the structure that makes the program work. It protects dedicated scheduling, ensures fairness to other clients, and reinforces commitment through completion.
Service-Based Work
Applies to all personalized or hands-on services such as end-of-life planning, home safety preparations, document scanning, digital organization, and other related services.
No Refunds.
All service fees are final once payment is received.Reserved Professional Time.
Because we allocate staff time, travel, and preparation for each engagement, cancellations or no-shows do not qualify for refunds.Deferrals or Rescheduling.
You may request to reschedule services within 12 months of payment, depending on availability.Transfer Option.
Services may be transferred to another person at no cost with written notice.Purpose of This Policy.
Custom and creative work involves irreversible time investment. The strict no-refund policy protects that time and ensures each engagement is entered into seriously and respectfully.
Digital Products
Applies to all digital purchases including guides, workbooks, and online resources.
No Refunds.
All digital product sales are final. Once purchased, downloads cannot be “returned” and full access is immediately granted.Intellectual Property Protection.
To safeguard our proprietary materials and prevent misuse, refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction, non-use, or change of mind.Technical Issues.
If a download link or file is defective, we will replace or restore access — this does not constitute a refund.Acknowledgement.
By purchasing, you confirm understanding that digital goods are non-refundable and that access is granted instantly upon payment.
Merchandise
Applies to all physical merchandise and branded products sold through our online store.
Final Sale.
All merchandise is made-to-order (print-on-demand). We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or preference-based reasons.Customer Responsibility.
Please review your order details carefully (item, size, color, and shipping address) before checkout. Orders placed with an incorrect size or address are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered due to a production issue, please contact us at hello@safewithharbor.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will submit a claim with our production partner and, if approved, you will receive a free replacement or a refund. In most approved cases, you will not be required to return the item.Lost Packages and Delivery Issues.
If your package appears lost in transit, you must notify us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and submit a claim when eligible.No Returns or Restocks.
Because we do not keep inventory, we do not offer restocks, return shipping labels, or standard exchanges.Acknowledgement.
