FAQ

  • This program’s goal is not to declutter every inch of the house in this short period of time, but rather to start the momentum and build sustainable habits that help clear out and prevent clutter.

  • We work with your schedule and preferences. For some clients, doing 31 consecutive days helps them keep the momentum. Others require a spaced-out schedule.

  • We tackle one area of your home per day, following the order established in our 31-Day Guide. We will also make adjustments to the specifics of your home. The weekly free-for-all days will focus on your chosen area.

  • We’re open to this plan for the focus areas that have a lighter impact on you, and if we believe it won’t overwhelm you and risk abandonment of the program.

  • We have a strict 15-60 minute limitation for each focus area to prevent burnout and program abandonment.

  • We make sure things are moving along efficiently, teach you our pro tips, help you build new habits, and help you problem-solve each of your unique challenges.

  • Virtual calls will be held on Google Meet, unless another method is agreed upon, such as Facetime. You may join on your phone, tablet, or desktop computer.

  • To provide the best guidance, it’s helpful for us to see the space, but it’s not a strict requirement, and you are more than welcome to keep yourself off camera, if you don’t wish to be seen.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a fee. Details on cancellations, rescheduled sessions, and transfers are outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • Yes, upon request. Details on billing, late fees, and recurring charges are outlined in our Payment Policy.

  • We understand that life situations change. As stated in our Terms, if you need to terminate the program early, all payments made will remain non-refundable, and any unpaid payment must be completed by the due date on the final invoice.
